Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our return policy allows you to return products within 30 days of receipt.

Conditions for making a return

To be eligible for return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging, with any labels still attached.
  • You must present your receipt or proof of purchase.

Products excluded from returns

Please note that some types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized or tailor-made products. Furthermore, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of nail polishes, liquid solutions or other cosmetic products if they have been opened or used.

Return procedure

To make a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at the email address assistance@torridnails.it to communicate your intention to return the product. Please provide your order number, product name and reason for return.
  2. You will receive instructions on how to return the product. Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, incorrect or damaged product).
  3. Pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by customer service.
  4. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund will be approved or rejected.
  5. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for another, we invite you to return the original item following the returns procedure and place a new order for the desired item.
